Park County has determined that a new Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system needs to be installed to replace the current system. The current system is 30+ years old and has been failing regularly. As such, local contractors have been retained to replace the system in the courthouse. During the replacement, the courthouse will have to be vacated and the offices relocated to other county buildings. Below is a timeline and location for each department that is affected. We apologize for any inconvenience during this time. The project is slated to take approximately a year starting in October of 2023. Current return of all departments to the Courthouse or Old Law Enforcement Center is anticipated around mid November, 2024. Departments listed below are still in their temporary locations. All others have returned.
