Campaign finance reports

Candidates for county and municipal offices and for school and college boards are required to file reports with the Park County Elections Office detailing the money they receive and spend on their campaigns. Groups known as political action committees (PACs) who advocate for or against local candidates or ballot issues must also file reports with our office.

Dollar billsCampaign finance reports are due a week ahead of each election, with any amendments due 10 days after the election. Candidates can face financial penalties for failing to file on time.

You can find campaign finance data for Wyoming’s U.S. House race on the Federal Election Commission (FEC) website. Reports for candidates for state offices ⁠— including the Wyoming Legislature ⁠— are on the Secretary of State’s campaign finance website.
