Campaign finance reports
Candidates for county and municipal offices and for school and college boards are required to file reports with the Park County Elections Office detailing the money they receive and spend on their campaigns. Groups known as political action committees (PACs) who advocate for or against local candidates or ballot issues must also file reports with our office.
Campaign finance reports are due a week ahead of each election, with any amendments due 10 days after the election. Candidates can face financial penalties for failing to file on time.
Reports received by the Park County Elections Office for the 2024 election cycle are now available on the Secretary of State’s campaign finance website. Select “Search Filed Reports” then select the tab labeled “County Reports.” Type in 2024 for the election year cycle and then select Park County. All reports for candidates for state legislature are on this site as well. You can find campaign finance data for Wyoming’s U.S. House race on the Federal Election Commission (FEC) website.
