The Wyoming Hand in Hand nurse home visitation program provides support and skills to promote Healthy Pregnancies and Strong Families

      • Specially trained nurse to visit you regularly during pregnancy, after birth,  and continues until your child’s 2nd birthday
      • Guidance and support specific to your family’s needs and goals.
      • Information on health topics including: pregnancy and well being, breastfeeding, caring for your baby, your baby’s development, and communicating with your child.
      • Connections to local community services when necessary.
      • Age-appropriate gifts to celebrate milestones and help you engage with your pregnancy and child.
