The Wyoming Hand in Hand nurse home visitation program provides support and skills to promote Healthy Pregnancies and Strong Families
- Specially trained nurse to visit you regularly during pregnancy, after birth, and continues until your child’s 2nd birthday
- Guidance and support specific to your family’s needs and goals.
- Information on health topics including: pregnancy and well being, breastfeeding, caring for your baby, your baby’s development, and communicating with your child.
